Hi, Every time we get a heavy rainfall, we get an awful odor. We think it has to do with one of the drain vents, but are not sure how to diagnose or fix. Help :-( :eek:

There is an odor associated with rain and that's ozone, but htat would not be relatedto plumbing.

Odors raise but they decend when rain or high humidity comes along.
Lookup in your attiic for any open vent pipes. Is the smell worse up there? Let me know. Tom

It is not stronger in the Atic. It is however very strong in the wall where we believe the vent stack is.
