How would I write the standard equation of a cirlce given the center is (4,1), radius=2

The basic equation for a circle is:

$<br /> (x-a)^2 + (y-b)^2 = R^2<br />$

Where the center of the circle is at the point (a,b) and the radius of the circle is R.
