I bought a brand new stainless steel side by side frigidaire 2 years ago.

This is the first time I've had problems with the temp setting.

Yesterday, when I came home, I had a puddle on the floor in front of my fridge because all the ice had melted! I opened the fridge and saw the temp display at 65/65 for freezer and fridge. So I turned the temp down to 0/38, only to see the display go back to 65/65 within seconds! Today, the temp display shows 70/70. I tried to turn the temp down again with no luck and now my food has gone bad the last 2 days. Please help!
