If a person has a farm with a 10 yr tobacco buy out agreement and they pass before the 10 yrs is up can the remaining amount be willed or would it property of that estate?

I'm not certain about the contract, but logic says the contract should go with the land. In Carolina, if it's logical it probably is contrary to the law, so don't count on my opinion.
