Ok, it's been at least 15 years since I saw this, so I'll try to be as descriptive as my memory allows!

The film is a live action British film. I believe it's British because I remember the charters having English accents!
The Film revolves around a 10-12 year old orphan named Neo/Meo??
The little boy daydreams about his real family especially his father.
One day Neo/Meo is some how transported into an alternate Medieval Fairy Tale land, where he and a friend must battle an Evil knight and save the good Knight... I think!

The movie ends when Neo/Meo finds out that the good Knight is the King and also his Father, I think he is also re-united with his mother, but I'm not sure... Any ways he stays and lives happily ever after!!
