Many people here are hurt by love, and ask questions about love in pain and confusion. I like to recommend this book to gain insight of love anatomy to handle relationship more objectively.
The author, Helen Fisher is Anthropologist, basically sees us as the 'most evolved animal', and our romantic behavior is hard-wired in this provocative examination of love. The interesting subject I found was:
1. are we designed to be monogamous?
2. love behavior, brain reaction, and chemistry - passion, obsessiveness, joy and jealousy
3. duration of love, four-year birth intervals
4. why men are more jealous than women over infidelity
5. why we choose her or him not others
6. numerous tips on staying in love
It will make your mind off from your pain, make you laugh hard, and give you a new insight of love. Love is complicated, this book is not a total answer for love, but I found it very informative & useful. The author explains the theory based on her experiment data, and it is easy to read for everyone. I strongly recommend. Happy Relationhsip! :)
