    Tile floors in condos
Is there some condo law that went into effect within the last 5 yrs about using cork under tile floors when being replaced? I am in Florida.

I am not an expert, but its nothing that I have heard nor could find. ITs done... just can't find a law that says it has to be.

Edit: removed part about cork being bad underlayment... when installed properly, it serves just fine.

I have found that many condo associations require it, but it is not law.
