Hi I know your not supposed to take 2 different medicines that contain acetaminophen but does that mean not mixin them or like for example I took tylenol cold severe which has acetaminophen in it I took that at like 11:00am and it is now 12:00 midnight so I can take nyquil right?

I wouldn't do that. Nyquil is really strong and you aren't suppose to take even the same medicine within 4 hours of each other.

OK I understand that but its been 13 hours I'm pretty sure I will be OK the tylenol has to be out of my system by now... I just wanted to make sure..

Oh I'm sorry I am getting my ams and pms mixed again. Yeah you can take it its been over a good 12 hours.
