I recently got served with a contempt by my soon to be ex husband stating that I am not complying with what the courts said in there it was also mentioned that I am going to his work without just cause.
My question is can I subpoena his workplace for surveillance cameras?
I am in the state of North Carolina.
I did have an attorney and he filed for motion to withdraw since I was not able to pay him my priority was and is my kids so I had to choose, I chose my kids\

You can and you should also get the times and days he is claiming this and if you have proof where you were get verification.
Like if he says you were there on June 24 at 3 pm and you were at a doctors appt at that time you have proof you weren't there.
