I was involved in a motorcycle accident which I was admitted in the hospital for one week due to injuries. I was hired by this company in sept 08 as a supervisor. I was transferred to Miami in Jan. I was released from hospital after one week and was given one more week at home to recover. I have a temporary disability one being a hard cast on my left ankle and big soft boot on right ankle. I returned to work in 2 weeks total to do light duty in the office paperwork and such. I had the opportunity to take STD but elected to help out because we are very busy and have a lot of deadlines to reach. Today I was terminated even though I had a appointment to get my cast off today for not being able to perform the job due to my injuries even though my project manager has light duty tasks for me.

I also worked for 3 weeks about 20 hours a day to meet a deadline at a jobsite. I requested two days off to go out of town and when I returned it was taken out of my check. I am a salaried supervisor.
