Last year I was arrested for shop lifting case and I went to visa to India for stamping they gave me blue paper and asked to get court documents and police clearence. I got my court dismission forms saying guilty and I had criminal check up it says criminal record does exsist and they gave me 1 year time and what to do will I get my visa renewed or not? I am going to do my H1b also shortly will I land up in problems ? How to proceed please tell me I kept lawyer and he did not help me I paid more money also .please help me
