All right, I've been searching the internet for years trying to figure this one out and I've come up with nothing so here goes. We've got this town, a boy in blue pops in at night plays a flute and the adults turn into building blocks for the castle of some form of evil. I don't recall the meat of the story but it winds up the kid is from the town. Evil is thwarted somehow, heh.

PLEASE help me. This has been buggin me for some time. It's a darkish flick, probably 80s I'm not sure though.

Sheesh, I keep running into Unico tonight. What you're looking for is the second Unico movie, "Unico in the Island of Magic". It's a bit hard to find, but it's a great movie. See The Wikipedia article on Unico for more information.

This one has haunted me for ages (nightmares of building block people!! ) I don't remember any unicorns though. Are we sure?
