I have been with my boyfriend for a year and recently in a conversation I found out that he watches porn. A little porn does not bother me and I didn't mind until I asked him how often he watches it. He told me he watches it every day he's not with me. I see him about 3 or 4 days out of the week. This seems like quite a lot of porn to me. Is this normal? Does he have a problem? Am I just blowing this out of proportion?

I think I am around 3-4 time a day some weekends.
He uses porn to masterbate, not that innovative but not that uncommon.
Although you can definitely find varying opinions about what's OK with porn.

You DID say he doesn't do this WHEN he's with you. THAT would make a difference... Having said that, even if you were to move in with him, he's still going to watch some porn and whack off. It's a guy thing. It really doesn't mean a thing about you. Honest.

Its probably normal for him. As excon said, its about him, and not about you at all. I had to get rid of the porn because of the kids, but its just a guy thing, like sports is.

You have to appreciate his honesty, and like anything else in life, people can, and do, get carried away, and not just with porn.

Don't sweat it.
