    Probation Violation
I was placed on 12month probation to get a conviction expunged. The defendant also has a restrationing order on me but she keeps making false claims of harassment now they're talking about taking my probation away. The person has come to my house as well as my daughters grandmother house and everything still falls back on me is there anything I can do even though she has the restraining order on me?

The restraining order works both ways (except she won't get arrested) she is not allowed to harass you any more than you are allowed to call her.
Get a restraining order on her with your complaints and call the police when she goes to your house.

Okay but what Im wondering is if I have any chance of still maintaining my probation since they're trying to say that I violated my probation. Her allegations are false so is there any way that I can get this case thrown out? Like should I get a lawyer or what, I have saved every receipt, I printed my phone records got time slips from my job all to prove my where abouts to show that she is lying.

You don't have to push the button a lot.

Unfortunately I really don't see how you can prove anything it seems like her word against yours and they are most likely going to believe her over you. You can try and prove whatever but I don't know how much it is going to help you

    Hello n:

You don't have to prove you didn't violate probation. They have to prove you did. One persons word isn't going to be enough...
