    Urinary tract infection?
Years ago I used to get UTIs regularly, however, for whatever reason I haven't... Until now (I think) I started my regular montly cycle 4 days ago, on the 2nd day of my period it started to burn a little when I used the restroom. So to stop it from becoming a full blown infection I took the over-the counter Uristat and have been guzzling cranberry juice. It hasn't gone away but it hasn't gotten worse either. So, anybody else got more tips? Is using a tampon since I'm still on the period a bad idea? Could that be hindering it from going away? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Cut out sugar, artificial sweeteners and caffeine.
    Eat unsweetened organic yogurt.

    Go see a dr.
