Need advice.

My partner & I have been trying for a baby, last month I had a period at the beginning of July and then again at the end (which I thought was strange). I have been feeling sick, tired, emotional and snappy, my stomach feels strange as well, and had backache with twinges in my stomach.

After thinking I might be pregnant I said I would wait until the end of this month before doing a test, well today I started bleeding again. I know that some women bleed during pregnancy, I didn't with my first one but every pregnancy is different I suppose.

Only a pregnancy test or a doctors visit will give you the answer.

You really need to do a HPT to be sure but if you are bleeding similar to when you have your period then the likelihood is that it is just a period, as period symptoms and pregnancy symptoms could be confused but you never know, keep us updated x

I never had cramps before, but after getting off birth control, I did a day or two before my cycle. Some early pregnancy symptoms are the same as menstrual symptoms.

Here's the thing... if you suspect you're pregnant, and you start bleeding that's usually not a good sign. While it may be true that some women have bleeding during their pregnancy, my ob/gyn told me that if I do (or any pregnant woman does) it needed to be checked out to make sure it's not a major problem. So if you're worried, you might want to do a home test, and then maybe talk to your doctor.
