    Immediate Action form
My landlord placed a Immediate Action request on my door dated 8-14-09 for the wrong amount. She did not include money that she has been already been given. She also mailed me a letter dated 8-15-09 that showed yet another amount of money she wants me to pay. The 5 day notice does not match the letter she mailed me. I need to kbow where to go to file an afidavit against this notice. The Notice does not say where it came from or where to go to dispute it. It looks like something she got online.

    Hello D:

The notice is a prelude to going to court. An online version is fine. COURT is where you argue the amounts owed. There is NO provision for you to challenge the landlord notices...

If you want to cure the defect before you get to court, then it's a matter of negotiation between you and your landlord. If you can't agree on what's owed, you'll be off to court. You DID get receipts and you KEPT them, no?
