In spite of not having capacity to buy items of household ,by paying in full,I avoid buying them in inslallments as what I understand is that shopkeeper also charge interest . Is this a right practice? And is paying interest as bad as getting it?

I think it is better to pay in full then its yours and you don't have to worry about interest.

Using credit to afford things you otherwise couldn't (not counting car and home) is always a bad thing. You are paying more for things than you need to and it's a slippery slope.

Try this: save up $500 and keep it apart from your regular account. When you want to buy something, borrow from that money and then pay it back in installments. That way you are not getting into debt and are actually making money (interest) on your money instead of paying it to someone else.

What specific things are you wanting to purchase, please? Depending on what they are, you may be able to get them for free or for very little money.

Business is business. People do charge interest on things that are purchased if a person is going to want to make payments over a period, rather than paying the whole amount up front. That's part of how people in business make their money.
