Oatmeal. Butter is fattening. Whole wheat bread with margarine is good though.

If you are eating your Steel cut Oatmeal (the best) with butter, brown sugar and milk (like I like):rolleyes: than the toast might be better.
I Cannot STAND the taste of butter... yuck.

You should eat a little protein in the morning too. Read a book called eat this not that.
It will tell which brand you should buy and why. It's straight to the point. There a 3 different ones. Great for info. It's under $10.It also tells you what benefit you get from different foods.
It seems the brands I like because of the flavor seems to be the worst. Just my luck.It goes through restaurants and fresh fruit, ice creams. The truth in packaging labels. I really like it because you don't have to read a whole chapter to find something out. If you Google it they show yoiyu some stuff.
