I want to get a tattoo on my birthday coming up can anyone who has gotten one before describe what it feels like?

It depends on where you get it.

I have one on my ankle, it was more annoying then painful.

I've heard that the upper back hurts, but even then it's not horrific pain.

It's like being bitten my 100's of mosquitos at once. That's the best way I can describe it.

I found it like a scraping feeling.

Sort of like if you dig your nails into your skin and then drag them...

You can get numbing creams to temporarily deaden the area. But honestly, it's not that bad, yes it hurts but it's not unbearable.
