    Is it like cramping?
How long has it been bothering you?
Is it constant or only at certain times?
Do you exercise or do a lot of walking?

You may need more potassium and or magnesium.

You can try soaking it too.
    Muscle rub might help.

Maybe going to the doctors would be a good idea.

Do you have any medical problems?
    Are you taking medicine?
Is it more in your calf or do your hips or knees hurt too?
