I was just wondering if I could sue my father... he sexual abused me from a very worng age.. he went to jail for it.. but I was just wondering if I could sue him now...

Possibly if you are under therapy and you have emotional problems causing you to not be able to hold down a job over it.

How old are you now?

I'm assuming she's 22... from the year on her name.

Maybe. I'd visit a lawyer who specializes in these cases... But, if your dad is broke, there's nothing to sue for, and you're not going to find a lawyer who will take the case unless you pay him hourly. If, however, your dad is rich, you can sue him and I would.
