I have Moen (I do not know P/N ? Head with Push &Pull single handle .I have no cold water going out to spout & shower head but I get hot water.Do you have any idea to help? Other my bathroom is same brand Moen is working fine .

I am going to give you some Moen tutorials so you can surf their site and try a few things. Many shower push/pull/turn mixers are using a cartridge similar to 1225 cartridges and can be easily removed/vleaned/ or replaced free of charge.
