Divorse without consented signature after two years
After 19 yrs my wife and I are separating since June 2008. Out of spite my wife refuse to grant me a divorce. I heard that after two years I could get one without her signature is this a valid fact? Thanks.

After 2 minutes you can get one without her signature if you can prove she was served with the divorce papers and a reasonable amount of time has passed.

Your lawyer will be able to tell you the specific requirements of your state.

Submitted to whom? Your wife? If you have proof of service, you can go to the court and request a default hearing and get divorced without her.

    Happens all the time.

Your wife can not refuse to grant you a divorce, you were misinformed by your wife, assuming you live in the United States.
