You probably have a lot of milk.
    Did you breast feed?

I breastfed my first and still had milk years after they were all toddler ages and I had quit breast feeding the first.

If it is bad you can use a breast pump to get the excess out, but don't use it too much because I heard that can stimulate more production.

Are you taking any motillium tablets? They're for bloating/indigestion etc, and they can cause excess milk production.

Nipple stimulation causes milk production. If your nipples are getting a lot of stimulation/sucking (from DH or whoever) then it can cause milk.

If it's been a long time since you breastfed, and none of those apply, see your doctor.

You could have an increase in a hormone called prolactin. Get it checked out by your doctor to make sure it is nothing more serious than that.
