    How to revise child supprot
    Me and my husband have been married for almost a year and his child support says pay once a month since this order he has had another child that he has coustody of she is 5 and plus my three can we get his child support revised and how do we do it my ex husband is in jail due to not paying child support so my husband is taken care of 7 kids

    The only way he could count your kids in anything is if he adopts them.

    He can always go back to the court that issued the child support and file for a modified order but I don't know how much, if any, that his custody of his 5 yr old would effect lowering the child support.

    He is going to adopt them

    The adoption has to be finalized before the court will accept them as his responsibility. So, get the adoption taken care of first then come back with any more questions.
