I have a Hampton Bay model UO7078T ceiling fan that operates by the use of a remote. The FCC ID is OHQ8BT7078T. I've looked everywhere on the fan to try to reverse it from pulling air up to blowing it down and can't find a switch anywhere. I can't get the remote to reverse it either. The folks at Home Depot were no help at all. PLEASE HELP.

Most hamptons have a very small button on the remote, much smaller than the control buttons. You must push and hold this button for a moment to get it to reverse. You can also contact Hampton via the 2nd post in this thread https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/electr...ons-46738.html

It's not clear from your post if there is a reverse button on the remote and it won't work, or if there is no reverse button?
