We were given a used playset for our grandchildren to use. It needs some minor repairs. The worst problem is the slide. It has scrapes and gouges all down the slide deck. I would like to fill in the gouges and repaint the slide. How do I go about this?

Wear a respirator when sanding fiberglass. Fiberglass has a tendency to wear out brushes in power tools.
