    After ripping up deck planks and covering holes in the foundation after spraying... the bees worse... and huge... help with idea as today there is a party

    If these "Wood" bees look like a bumblebee except the back is smooth instead of fuzzy then they are called Carpenter Bees. You will not be able to get rid of Carpenter Bees today. You might be able to chase them off for a couple of hours with one of the Lawn/Garden Fog aerosols and they rest in the evenings so you could have the party start about 3 hours before dusk.
