I bought a westinghouse side-side model WRS3R3EWO eleven months ago. My warrant will be up next month. July I had two service calls because the ice maker was not working. This month the freezer stop working, and then a couple of days later the refrigerator not working. It makes a noise but no cooling on neither side.
I called for service after waiting for four days, the techninin said that he will have to order a compressor. I should receive it within a week, and then he will come back to install it.

Question--How do I go about getting a new refrigerator? I called the dealer where I bought from and he said to call Westinghouse. I called them and they are saying that you have to have three calls for the same problem in order for them to replace the unit.
