At what age does a child have the right to say what parent he or she wants to live with in a divorce?
They can say what parent they want to live with and why at any age but that would only be maybe a 10% factor in the Judge ultimate decision.
The parents can work out a joint custody plan that reflects the child's wishes and present it to the Judge but still it is the Judge that determines the visitation order as he sees fit.
