    Lease Break in NJ
If someone has to move due to loss of job in NJ. What is the rule for lease break?

The rule is that a lease is a contract so unless there are stipulations in it for breaking the lease, the contract must be fulfilled.

Your best bet would be to speak with the landlord and see what can be worked out.

The question is too vague for a meaningful answer. Are you asking if you can get out of a lease because you lost your job and want to move? No.
