My brothers girlfriends pregnancy was going good till she got up one morring and she had a big goober like think as she called it fall out and she went to the dr. and they said she might still be expectiny is this possible? :confused

If the doctor said "might" and left it at that, then she needs a new doctor.

There are a variety of tests that can be administered to confirm if the baby was lost. Have her call her doctor back and get tested.
