Does anyone no the name of the film where a group of young wayward boys terrorise their local community and at the end of the movie,the main character burns down his house, whilst his mom is still inside.I believe the film was made somewhere between the mid and late nineties.the movie focuses on the group of juveniles

The only movie I can think of where he burns the house down is what's eating gilbert grape I will ask my husband when he gets home and maybe he can help
