    Hi,
    It is by the definition of trig that it is based on a unit circle. What is that? Simply it is a circle of radius "1" and all formulae derive from that.
    Remember that "1" times anything is the other number.
    All relationships are merely a factor; radius of "20," then that is your multiple.
    But just get into your head that the unit is one to show you how these various possibilities work. It is simplicity at work.
    Just wish quantum mechanics was as simple.
