I noticed that my toilet has started bubling. The washing machine was running. I happened to noticed that the toilet in my spare bathroom had water coming out from under the toilet. The tub beside it looks as of at one point dirty water had possibly backed up in it (I don't use the tub, I could have caused the mess, but most likely not). I attempted to run water into the tub to rinse it out, which only seemed to cause more water to seep out from under the toilet. I noticed that the leaking toilet was a little loose from the floor. The bolts on either side were loose enough to be turned by hand. I went outside to retrieve a wrench and I heard water! In my car port I have a small shed attached to the house. In the corner of the shed is a pipe coming off the house that was spewing water. So, water was coming out from under 1 toilet, 1 toilet was bubling/gurgling and water was coming out of a pipe outside the house when the washing machine is running. Is this the cause of a clog? Help! Is it possible to fix this with out spending a lot of dough on a plumber.

I can not answer all of your question here. I just recently rebuilt my toilet. My waste cast iron drain pipe was damp on its outside, so I knew I was leaking somewhere. I disasembled my tiolet, by removing the two base bolt nuts that you mentioned.
Of course I shut the water off first, disconected the water line to the tank, and emptied any water left in the bowl and tank.
After the nuts were removed from the base I carefully lifted the toilet (its still heavy) and noticed the wax ring around the hole to the drain was old and not in good shape. Water was getting around / through the wax ring ( a $6.00 item). I reset a new wax ring, and with help guided the tiolet straight down on top of the ring and screws. Reattached bolts and water line, and was good to go. My tiolet was more secure to the floor, and the seal stopped the water from running down my waste pipe.
Also important... Do not over tighten the bolts on the base of your tiolet, you could crack your ceramic tank, and you really don't want to do that.

As far as the bubbling and water back up. IM going to guess you have described a clog and that is someone else's specialty.

Youi have several issue but the biggest is a clog main drain. Is there a clean out inside or outside the building to give you access to rod the line? The toilet leaks because of the back up and the fact that your bolts are loose and the ring is shot.
