Moving sink drain downline without reventing
I moved my kitchen sink and now it drains further down main drain line. Is it necessary to revent at new location or will the old vent which is about 15 ft. upline from new drain location

If you wish to stay in code you will cut the drain line 5' downstream from the tyrap and install a san tee on its back with the throat of the branch facing the stack and revent back to the stack connecting with inverted san tee.
    Good luck, Tom
