    Hair dying

Please help me! I dyed my hair a red and I am now growing it out. It is taking way to long and I look silly with my original hair color and the red from the middle of my head down. My original hair color is medium brown. My question is can I by a dark at home dying kit and dye my hair? Will the red take to the dark color or will my hair be two different colors. Meaning my original hair take to the color and the red come out a different color? Please help me. And if I can dye my hair is there a good brand to use?

    Thank you so much.

You will always have the roots a different color while the red is growing out, but red hair dye is the hardest to keep from fading. YOu should wait another two weeks before dying your hair a different colour, you may find the faded colour easier to manage. Do the roots first with the color nearest to your own and use LOreal brand. The directions are in the package.
