Too busy for me? When is it time to quit?
So here's the story and I feel like I already know the answer...
Some background: I'm 18 and about to leave for college in about 3 weeks, however I'm going to school only about an hour away from home. I'm living on campus but will have a car on campus. Sooooooo I've been talking to this girl for about a month now. We started talking before but I cut it off because her friend told me some disturbing but consequently wrong things about her. Anyway we started talking again and at first she seemed so happy about it. However, she ALWAYS seems to be busy whenever I want to see her. She claims she's really into me, I'm the only guy she's interested at the moment, all that kind of stuff. But whenever it comes down to seeing her she backs out. Now I HAVE met her before and all it just seems all of her friends are more important than me. I'm posting because today I got so frustrated I felt like cutting it off right then and there. So my question, what should I do? Just cut it off and don't look back? Ill be honest I do like her too like she seems great its just her not ever making time for me gets me so mad cause its ALL the time. Is it worth even trying to work through while I'm in school? Is this worth it or not like how important are my feelings for her in comparison to how she can't make time for me? Thank you for the help!

If she was into you, she'd make time for you.
If she had to go to the emergency room then you could cut her some slack, but if not then don't let her waste your time. If she disrespects your time, she's disrespecting you so the best thing to do is let her go and never look back.

I usually hate the line, "things will get better in the future" but in your case I can say it, and I can say when. Things will get better in about 21 days.

Go on with your life. When she sees you aren't chasing her maybe she will come after you. If not she probably wasn't worth it since she is more consumed with her friends.
Once you go to college you'll be meeting so many other girls you might even be glad it didn't go anywhere with her
