I have been making payments monthly since December on some tires I had bought. No payment agreement was ever signed however I've acknowledged. With the kids starting school, finances were extremely strained in July and I was unable to make a payment on time. Within a 3-5 day span, I began to receive 5-14 calls a day at work about the payment. Even one of my co-workers whose husband works at the tire place came to me, at work, asking me for a payment. Of course by now I'm about to pull my hair out because of the way I was being treated when I couldn't make payment when they said. Today, I received a summons for the balance plus court cost.
