Hey, I'm writing another book. I want it to be about a boy that escaped the government. Kind of like that old sci-fi show the dark angel. The government has been doing experiments on a group of teens sense they were 10 and they gave them a serum that gives them powers, can you give me ideas of powers and help with the plot.

Power? Maybe the gov't wanted to use them for security, and implanted chips to work with level X security in the pentagon. The escaped kid removes it, uses his enhanced brain to learn how to alter it, and uses that to break in? Or something.
