On Facebook, in farmtown, i.e. says not responding
Does anyone have a problem while on Facebook in farmtown with everything going slow or then will have pop up internet explorer not responding. And it is worse the bigger the farm. I had my computer worked on a month ago and everything seems fine except while I'm in farmtown. So I thought I would add more memory, I have a 256k now, this may help with issues. Can anyone tell me if it would before I spend the money to do it?

I play on farm town constantly.. Sometimes they have problems since they are still a beta game.. I found that scanning my computer, getting rid of unwanted files, part files, etc... I used a program called "Advanced System Care" and it sped everything in my computer up including farm town. But keep in mind. The more people logged into farm town the slower its going to go. Also do you have any bit torrent programs running or programs like that? They also slow down computer applications and web based games... when my bit torrent is running I can't even play my browser based games because it slows them down so much when I enter "fights" in the game I automatically loose them because it won't load quick enough

Sounds like it might just be a bit too much for you PC to handle.
Binx's idea of a clean out should help!

I have the problem of getting booted out of farms all the time by the dreaded "Green Tick"
Figured out how to avoid it though...
When the box with the green tick comes up saying you have to recconect to the servers Don't click on it.

Click on the green connect button up near your settings one to disconnect.
Then click it again, to recconect.

Click on save and it should say "Pending changes saved"

Click the tick and keep on going...

No getting booted off farms any more!!

Thanks very much, but where or how do I go about getting the program advanced system care. Also what is "bit torrent". I know I'm not very computer literate.

Bit Torrent programs are things like Utorrent, they are used to download files, a bit like the old Napster for downloading songs.

Come back binx, I don't know where you get the advanced care system either!

I am back my wonderful peoples *giggles* to find the advanced system care program (which I don't have the full only the free version but it helps tons) all you have to do is Google it. But instead of making you guys type a few words into a search engine I've done it for you. :D

So you can download the free version at
