Can I and my girl friend have a child?
Hi I am Prasant. I live in India and I am Hindu. I am married but due to some persional reson I hate my wife and do not stay with her. I am sending money to my wife per month. I am not able to divorce her because she is claiming a big amount of money. Currently I am staying with my girl friend as live-togather reletionship. Dose law permit me to have a child of us? Can I state that I am the father of my child? Whether there will be any problem in my child's career? Please help. Thanks.

I don't know India law but you say she is claiming a big amount of money. You should check with what percentage of your income your country allows to be taken out of your income for her if you got divorced.

Like she could ask for the Taj Mahal but that doesn't mean the court would award it to her.

I don't know the specific law for you but it sounds like you should get a consultation with a lawyer.

What does your religion say?? You are asking us, but we just can't tell you. Check it out with your authorities there to know for sure.
Repeating the question here is really not going to help you.
