Ok so I just got to thinking about a movie and can't get it out of my head. It was an 80s or 90's kid movie or at least I think kid. Ok so there was an older guy who was kind of an inventor and I remember him wearing a nightgown with a nightcap and he was always acting like he was ADHD spazingout, or getting really sad. He kind of spoke with a lisp. I want to think it's the same actor that plays mr Magorium on the newer movie.. Mr Magoriums wonder Emporium. But I went through that actors list of movies and none of them sounded familier. Can anyone help me?
