If you never work on your relationship and never spend time together then my guess is she is just stalling you for time so you let her stuff be there.
I would put her on the spot and ask her some point blank questions.
Then tell her some options and if it doesn't look like she is serious give her some time frames.

Pack her stuff up and TELL her to come and get it.

She LETS you call her babe?? Oh wow, so nice of her. I think she has more important things than you, and is stalling to see how they go. After all you have proved you can be disrespected, and will do nothing, except whatever she wants.

Stand up for yourself, and keep some dignity and self respect about yourself.

I agree with Tal. She is just waiting for something better to come along. Or she already has someone else but is trying to see what will happen with him. If that doesn't work out she will come crawling back to you because she knows she can. Don't let her. She is using you. That's not the type of person you want to be in a relationship with is it?

I agree. Put all her stuff in boxes. Why don't you put it in boxes and leave it at her house? Maybe she will get the hint that she can't use you.
