In my opinion, the person whom you need to be is you. All these good things will come in time, but you need to be patient and not rush things. Just because all of your friends seem to be doing things that you might not be doing, doesn't mean that you should be doing the same things that they are.

Everyone has feelings of wanting to "belong" to certain groups. But, what groups to belong to or be associated with will depend on the individual person.

A couple of questions for you: What sort of things do you really like to do? Also, what are the things that your really good at doing?

Don't rush it girl. It will come with time, and who knows these girls at their age might not have had a good experience to remember for a first kiss. It might be something that they will want to forget when they are older and know what a real kiss is.
I hope you will wait for your first kiss to be something very memorable. You do not have to be like your friends even though you feel like you should be to fit in. If they are good friends, they shouldn't care if you have kissed a boy or not, they should like you for you.

My first kiss was at 16. I'm now 18 and still dating the girl I first kissed.
