I have a twitching under my eye in the area where you would get bags and it looks like a bulging vessel that goes all the way across under my eye. It's been off and on for almost 2 weeks, what could have caused it and what can I do about it?

Twitching eye can be lack of sleep, stress, fatigue, eye strain, allergies, too much time on the computer/video games and lack of some vitamins

It can be stress or maybe you are not having enough sleep.

I've had the same problem when I wasn't getting enough sleep and was stressed out, like the others mentioned as possible causes.
