This would be so much easier for you if you included a lavatory,(sink) as well.
WE can't give you "step by step" instructions with out a set of plans but I can give you a general idea of how it should lay out.
Locate the sewer main and run 4" off it to pick up the toilet. Connect the lavatory to thetoilet drain line and run a vent from the lavatory to the roof or revent back in the attic to a existing roof vent. Connect the shower to the lavatory drain where it,and the toilet, will be wetvented by the lavatory vent.
Even if you don't plan on installing a lavatory you can always cap off the stubout.
If you wish to do away with the lavatory and its vent you will have to roll a fitting up on a 45 degree angle off the shower drain and back it into a wall to take it up to the roof for a vent. More questions? I'm as close as a click.
    Cheers, Tom
