How can you tell the difference between a baby movement and just having gas cause lately I feel pregnant but the came back negative then I feel this funny movement in my stomach 3 to 5 times a day I move my bowels so what is it?:(

For a first baby you won't feel life until around 4-5 months along, and would be showing by that time. I'm guessing you are feeling gas.
