Are you taking any medications for anything?
Especially for heart, blood or cholestrol?
I can tell you some natural supplements but it is important to not take some of them with blood thinners and so forth.
Ibuprofen is not really good to take but I know when you have a bad headache or migraine it can be the most quick thing to turn to.
Okay
What you need to do is figure out what you eat before you get the migraines and figure out if any thing you ate is triggering them.
Cut out processed foods, foods containing preservatives (especially msg) and artificial sweeteners. Switch from Crisco/Wesson type oils to good oils such as olive oil and omega fatty acids.
Cut out caffeine. Try drinking organic juices, fresh squeezed fruits and vegetables, brewed teas such as green tea.
Avoid a lot of drinks even if they claim to be healthy.
Eat whole grains
Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Especially
Lemons
Grapes
Carrots
Greens
Beans

Because you most likely have plaque build up in your arteries as well as free radicals which are most likely causing the migraines.
You have to take care of the root of the problem. The migraines and the numbness are the symptoms of the problem.
What I posted should get your system/blood balanced.
What you eat causes the health problems
You have to reverse this by changing what you consume
Well thanks a lot for your help, I will try it.
It is always good to get to the doctors to get it checked. Your arteries probably aren't bad because of your age I assumed you were older
BUT you still need to change your eating habits.
Migraines are known to be caused by caffeine, message, junk food and not eating enough fruits and vegetables.
Potato chips and things like that can cause migraines too.
I also get headahce and tingleing in my legs too. Can you help?
You do need to get to the doctors and
You do need to watch what you eat
I am sure part of the problem is you are eating something that may be triggering this.
MSG and artificial sweeteners does stuff like that to me.
Change what you eat.
